Electric vehicle (EV) registrations in India touched 1.97 million units in FY25, driven primarily by strong growth in the two-wheeler and three-wheeler segments, according to data shared by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). This marks a 17% increase over FY24.
