At 2 p.m. on a sweltering Tuesday in July in
central Oklahoma, John Wiles sat down at his desk and with a few clicks, helped
save thousands of dollars for Shawnee Public Schools by sending stored power
from four electric school bus batteries back to the Oklahoma Gas & Electric
grid.
